But in a strange twist, the man named in the complaint, Benjamin Worcester, has claimed that an imposter submitted the offer and now the notification has been withdrawn from the United Kingdom Government’s Office of Intellectual Property (IPO).

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had wanted to use the name to launch their foundation and earn money with branded products, including sweatshirts and postcards.

The Queen has yet to decide if they can still use the “real” part of her name, which could be worth billions.
